Privacy policy

Here we explain what data SinQ stores, why, who it is shared with and how you control it, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Data we store
From your account: name, email, phone, date of birth, password (stored only as a hash, never as text), profile photo, niche, language and the Instagram and TikTok profiles you provide.
From your work: brands, contacts, campaigns, deliverables, calendar events, notes and the feedback you send.
Technical: login sessions (IP address, approximate city and browser), used to keep you logged in and protect your account.
Usage: the screens you open and the actions you take (such as creating a deliverable), and the errors the app runs into. Never the content of what you write.
How we use it
To make SinQ work for you: show your data, send the access code and deadline reminders.
Usage and error data help us understand what works, what needs to improve, and fix failures.
Your feedback is read to decide what to improve. We do not sell data, show ads or use your content for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare: hosts the app and the API, and stores your profile photo and the files you upload to SinQ storage.
Supabase: database, with servers in São Paulo, Brazil.
MillionSend: sends emails (access code and notices).
PostHog: usage data (screens and actions), linked to an account code, without name, email or phone. Servers in the United States.
Sentry: app error reports, linked to an account code. Servers in the United States.
When you change your photo, your browser may download from jsDelivr (CDN) the code that converts the image. The photo is converted on your device and does not go through jsDelivr.
Your photo
The photo is resized and converted to WebP on your device before upload. Only the resized version is stored, and only you can see it.
Google user data (Google Calendar and Google Drive)
Access. Only when you connect, and only what each connection asks for. Google Calendar: the list of your calendars and the events of the calendars you turn on, from 30 days back to 6 months ahead; and creating, updating and deleting, in the calendar you choose, copies of the appointments and deadlines you add in SinQ. Google Drive: only the files you pick in the Google picker or upload through SinQ (name, type, size, link and thumbnail); SinQ does not see the rest of your Drive. For both, the email of the connected Google account.
Use. This data is used only for the features you use: showing your events in the SinQ schedule, sending your SinQ schedule to your calendar, and listing your files in SinQ Drive. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used for profiling, and not used to train artificial intelligence models.
Sharing. Google user data is not sold or transferred to third parties. It only goes through the infrastructure that runs SinQ, as processors acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (servers) and Supabase (database). It is not sent to PostHog or Sentry. The content of Drive files stays at Google and does not go through our servers.
Protection. All communication uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Google access tokens are stored encrypted in the database (AES-256-GCM) with a key that only the server has, and never reach the app, except the Drive token, which goes to the Google file picker on your screen with access only to the files you pick. The database sits behind our API, which checks your session on every request.
Retention and deletion. Events copied from Google are kept only while the calendar is turned on and are rebuilt on every sync. When you disconnect the account in Profile → Calendars → Calendar accounts, or in Drive → Settings, access is revoked at Google and the tokens, calendars and copied events are deleted from SinQ immediately. When you delete your SinQ account, all of it is deleted too. What SinQ created in your Google account (events and files) stays there, in your account. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
SinQ's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Waitlist
Anyone who asks for an invite on the SinQ website provides a name, an e-mail and, optionally, an Instagram or TikTok profile. We use this only to send the invite by e-mail.
To leave the list, write to contato@myraihub.com.br and the data will be deleted. Once you create an account, the rest of this policy applies.
Your rights
You can view and correct your data in Profile → My details, and delete your account in Profile → Delete account, which permanently erases your data. Feedback you sent is kept, no longer linked to you.
For any other LGPD request (a copy of your data, questions), write to contato@myraihub.com.br.
Security
Access happens over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), your session lives in a cookie the page’s JavaScript cannot read, and the app never talks to the database directly: every request goes through our API, which checks your session.
